What is PETALO`s return policy?

We very much want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Petalo design jewellery. We offer a 7 day return policy from the date the product is delivered to you excluding any personalized product ie monogrammed. Any item returned to us and must in the original condition together with the original packaging

What is PETALO`s exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange any item you are not happy provided the item is returned to us in the original condition within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you excluding any personalized product . A new and similar order must be placed using our website at the same time.

How do I return product to PETALO ?

As part of this process you will also need to notify us via email detailing the reason for the return and or exchange in order to secure a returns reference number. This reference number is to be clearly displayed on the packaging and we must receive official notification that the product has been returned to us within the 7 day (returns) or 14 day (exchanges) period mentioned above. We will also require a receipt and or proof of original purchase.

Who is responsible for costs related to returns & exchanges?

The cost to return and or exchange the product is not covered and or reimbursed by Petalo unless the jewellery is genuinely faulty in which case we will replace the piece free of charge and return costs using our Fedex account will be borne by us. We are not able to process replacements until the product has been returned to us and the condition ascertained.

In the event of a general return or exchange we would suggest you utilise a reputable courier company that no only insures the product during transit but also permits the tracking of the item concerned

How is a refund processed ?

When your return is received by us we will notify you by email. We will again notify you of the approval once the condition of the item has been ascertained . Once approved a refund can be processed and a credit will applied to your credit card or the original method of payment excluding original delivery costs. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for this process.
